To be fair the Kiesel soft cases are actually amazing. They're more like rigid, padded hybrid cases.

Can anyone recommend a rack that fits Vader-type bodies? I've got a 7 guitar rack from Thomann, and it works fine for my Osiris but my Vader, Mayones Hydra, and Ibanez Q series just don't sit well in it as the space behind the bridge is missing. Any recommendations?

Pickups might need changing, we'll see. I got a Thorium in the bridge and Empyrean in the neck, and they feel a little weedy (not as bad as the Lithiums that came in another Kiesel I have which were really weak). Will see how it goes though. It's also ridiculously light. I got a swamp ash body...

At work right now so will also need to check out the pickups! I've got Lundgren ready to go on speed dial it they are not sufficient :hbang:

It arrived! More grey than I was expecting but there's no tits or eyes or anything so that's a win. I think I was hoping for more yellow but I like it. Will see what it's like once it's settled in this climate but might need a slight setup to lower the action.

Secondhand Kiesel as always! On a 7 multiscale the low string is 27" and on an 8 it's 27.5“.

Huh that's interesting. He was also endorsed by the Siggi Braun production line for a super short amount of time too. About the Like, I suspect a load of influencers like a load of posts just to get their names out there that little fraction more.

This one isn't mine but it's almost exactly the same spec. I was debating about the risk of a duff top but if it's anywhere near as nice as that one I'll be pumped. I wonder if this means the Black Friday buckeye Burl guitars are going to be coming through soon.

$1500, not too bad for those specs. Swamp ash body so might be a bit lighter than some other Solars with Evertune bridges.
