NGD for me today. But it took me 5 hours to drive to the seller and back, after a work day so it's too late and I'm too tired to even touch the damn thing. Let alone take pics.

it is the main factor, however, i do not have a job as i am a fucking 13 year old. spring is coming up though so there's a few opportunities to make extra money opening up, such as lawnmowing.
Agreed with this.do it! this is a totally worthwhile investment in yourself. learning to take care of your instrument(s) is a skill that will serve you (and your friends) well for the rest of your life.

"why are you so torqued up bro I washed it" like I don't know your definition of 'washed' is running it under lukewarm water for 4 seconds and then leaving it on the counter that hasn't been cleaned this decade.
borders cannot contain you, categories do not define you, we are all one race, the "software engineer/developer" race. One guy from my team of just 5 people left the company, and we hired a guy from within the organization to do part of his job. But the new guy isn't qualified to do all of it, so the rest seems to be falling on me. Which is good in a way, because more responsibility = more money, and this is really the only possible career development for me without going somewhere else. But the problem is I'm not really sure if I want to do web and backend development.
Anyway, looks like soon I'll be going from "Mobile software developer" to "Mobile-specialized full-stack developer", which I guess does sound a fair bit better on paper.
I was gonna say, typically doing more work means you get a snazzy title change and a pat on the head at review time. I didn't know there was anyplace left on earth that added money to the equation. You actually get paid more for taking on more work?! What a novel concept! Tell me more!
You guys get a pat on the head at review time? The best I've gotten as of recent is "sorry we can't really do more but this is all there is".I was gonna say, typically doing more work means you get a snazzy title change and a pat on the head at review time. Oh, that's in there too. Usually with a, "You've done great work this year, and I wish business was doing better so we could justify a cost of living raise at least."You guys get a pat on the head at review time? The best I've gotten as of recent is "sorry we can't really do more but this is all there is".
View attachment 160586I need to find a new place to live soon since my lease is up in a few months. I really kind of want to rent a house, but i don't want to pay an extra $400+ a month to do it. And some of the asks on lease terms for the ones I see are bananas long. 18 months? gimme a break.
So I dunno...maybe I'll stick with apartments. It just sucks trying to record in an apartment![]()
haha don't trust me to drive with a trailer behind my jeep. I'm guaranteed to hit something!
Just drive it one place once and park it, or pay someone to tow it there.haha don't trust me to drive with a trailer behind my jeep. I'm guaranteed to hit something!
Yeah, he sounds very lucky if he got more money to do more work. My work is looking like no raises for at least 5 years, and a few people just left which means the work is redistributed.I was gonna say, typically doing more work means you get a snazzy title change and a pat on the head at review time.
