Too bad I'd never be able to notice it over the God awful sounds coming out of Vince Neil

Someone on Instagram said he sounds like Butters from South Park and I can't unhear it now.

That poor girl must have been laughing face down showing her taint to the world.

Damn, Vince really sucks ass now!

That was bad enough - if it gets worse, I don’t want to know it exists.

i've been very curious about MGH, what's your thoughts on them?
I love those guitars. Quality wood selection, good build and components, smooth frets and fretboard, well refined. The stock MGH pickups sound great (they are kind of trembuckers). Both came with a Schaller Sure Claw instead of the standard plate.

These guitars went through a few shows and trade fairs, so they had a few minor signs. The Devil had a couple scratches on the neck, some paint was detached on the fretboard binding (likely masking tape), some paint came off during shipping (tip on the back of the lower horn) due to the gigbag's zip. I easily fixed these in a day.
The 109 was nearly flawless, just a couple minor marks most wouldn't even notice.

The Devil has a "C" shape neck, quite thin, very comfortable. The 109 seems closer to a "D" shape and is chunkier... I still like it and find it comfortable, but might reprofile it to a thinner "C".
One of the two Schaller tremolo came with mixed saddles (2 of the new type, 4 of the old)... as confirmed by Schaller, those are not compatible and would have required individual saddle shims... I preferred to buy a few new saddles and make a matching set.
I don't know how they managed to do that, but as I bought the guitars at a quite generous discount, I didn't bitch about it (or the crappy gigbags).

BTW, @jco5055 I tend to be nitpicking and spent more time on minor flaws than on describing the guitars.
Should you have specific questions, you're welcome to ask.

I forgot the woods.
Devil: 1 piece hard rock maple neck-through (quite figured, beautiful), with ash wings and maple top, ebony fingerboard
109: 1 piece hard rock maple neck-through, with walnut wings and maple top, maple fingerboard

Seems the woods are very USA BC Rich.

Is the Devil the red symmetrical V?
Whats the scale length?

Yes, the Devil is the symmetrical V.
25.5" scale, R2 Schaller nut (42mm)

[Edit: the amount of typos in these 3 posts tells me it's about time for new glasses]

I found an X shaped guitar. Ok, so the collapse of Dean's dealer network meant I had to buy it from the US and deal with import fees and it was a gamble, the last time I played Korean Dean's they were junk, at least the two my former brother-in-law bought were.

This turned out to be an itch I needed to scratch. I bought it from Carlino Guitsrs from Medford MA, who were great to deal with. The guitar arrived packed perfectly, no damage, the guy even unscrewed the pickup switch tip and made a fretboard protecter out of his business cards. Between ordering and the guitar arriving was not even 48 hours - that is damn fast to get a guitar from the US to the UK.

First impressions: the neck pickup is OK but I'll probably change it for a zebra JB. The Dimebucker is nice and crunchy. The guitar is looooong and needs to be worn lower than I normally have my guitars but it actually feels great to play seated or standing. The fretboard is apparently 'ebony' but I'm 99.9% sure it's Richlite, which I actually consider a win as I really like it, having had acoustics with Richlite boards in the past.

The neck is pretty chunky but not crazy, I'm not super fussy about necks. The fretwork is crazy good for the price, as good as my US Fenders and Japanese Ibanez stuff. They are levelled, crowned and polished perfectly. I've owned a few Korean guitars and they all likely come from the same few factories but whoever did this Dean really must take pride in his work, it is immaculate.

My first impression is 'when did cheaper Deans get so damn good?'. I really hope the company can rally and return to the world stage. I used to hate them and think they were just tacky crap, but I think I've spent so long thinking they were uncool that they actually became cool.

Now I'm just waiting on a FR intonation tool to come from Amazon so I can set it up in D standard (A=425hz). The guitar actually comes with the Dime signature DR strings so I'm expecting they'll hold up at the lower tuning as it's currently in E.

Taking some photos today...
I spy a Status bass neck, what's that going to be on?

Also I'd love an old warrior with the single coils but I doubt I'd have the money for one. My cheap JS series warrior is currently indisposed awaiting paint from a delayed refinish.
