WhatFound something cool, probably shouldnt spend the money :/ (accepting donations)
If the pockets feel deep, see if Eddie’s guitars have any used ones. Or new ones though they are probably gone now. What

Do?!
I have no right to ask for pics as i still haven't posted mine. But now I'm hunting for a Pelham blue custom, or make one myself via a kit.
Stupid gas
A poker chip around the switch helps fill the the space so it doesn't look so weird imhoIn 2015, the usual bursts on standards were rim bursts, which means a thinner burst, basically:

Most Gibson fans seem to dislike them, but I think they can look well.
sadly the pockets dont seem as generous to me right now.If the pockets feel deep, see if Eddie’s guitars have any used ones. Or new ones though they are probably gone now.
50s necks are a blast.sadly the pockets dont seem as generous to me right now.
Thus the new Epi that may come out eventually...or just make a PGK guitar kit, paint it myself and all.
all in all, i think it will be less than $1500 with all upgrades and stuff I put to it.
50's neck seems alluring right now
Lol I like that you had to question how many LPs you yourself have.Of 8? Les pauls one was new, second cheapest. Also Im in Canada, we dont have a ton of Gibsons here.
Oh I have 4. I have to think about how many i bought in 2022 since I sold half of them.Lol I like that you had to question how many LPs you yourself have.
Woops I really thought you had 8 LPs or thereabouts.Oh I have 4. I have to think about how many i bought in 2022 since I sold half of them.
Nope. 4 is a good number.Woops I really thought you had 8 LPs or thereabouts.
okay, so work is BIT slow right now...lets oil up the board on my gold top, and take pics while i set it up.
maybe NGD over the weekend. Is 56k still a thing?
also, does anyone have recommendations for hosting pics online that are easily manageable sizes? Whichever ones I use for SS.org eventually go away, or they dont support SS.org for some reason.
and I dont want to be a responsible adult...especially as we are heading into an economic hardship
my dumb ass uses my SLR. At 45 megapixels each, SS.ORG doesn't like images that big. When I post pics here it’s usually just ones I take from my phone and just add them to the post directly. Works great and no hosting issues.
I tried that, always uploads turned 90 degrees. When I post pics here it’s usually just ones I take from my phone and just add them to the post directly. Works great and no hosting issues.
I agree. I'm currently one heavy. Would like to get something different, but can't decide which LP would go...therein lies the rub.Nope. 4 is a good number.
KEEP IT! one guitar per tuning! Even if its half a step different from others? I mean, clearly you need another guitar to explore that tuning!I tried that, always uploads turned 90 degrees.
The cool thing i found is indeed another lp. Still thinking i should pass and dont want to![]()
They aren't bad. What is the general consensus on Epiphone Les Pauls? I've played a few here an there at my GC.. never been that impressed.
I'd like to get "tribute" RR Les Paul in the collection... Hows the build quality? Should i just pass?

I have one string up with 9s because the frets are a bit low for my taste (with 10s, my fingers slip right off the string for some bends and vibratos), and it's a weird feeling at first. Definitely have to be mindful of how hard I hit the strings.KEEP IT! one guitar per tuning! Even if its half a step different from others? I just went back to a smaller gauge for the goldtop. I've been using 11-49s for standard for a while. Recently went up to 12-52 to tune to C. Now i'm using 9-46 for standard on a Gibby scale. Seems neat. Almost forgot how smaller strings cut through the mix more clearly.
took some setting up pics. Will do a better/proper shoot later on today
