All I have to say is that I pity those who have not had contact with the OG emote and used it profusely in the SS.org chat room.

That was introduced by Jym Ellis - he called me Norman and I called him Mom, which was obviously a source of confusion when a newbie first joined the chat and saw that in tandem with copious use of golf clubs from us and Alberto, typically with a random somewhere.

i honestly don't know what I'd do if SSO ever became jemsite/jfconline levels of dead, facebook is tolerable at times and so is discord but this (and to a lesser extent TGP) are my favorites by far.

Is this something others would be interested in? I could make them for the SSO crew if I new the proper way to go about it. My wife and I do die cuts and design on the side. Sorry, not the right place to post this, just saw it mentioned and was thinking about it recently.

Some years ago there was this guy on this forum, somewhere from Latin America I think,who couldn't afford any store-sold instruments so he built his own guitars using mostly primitive tools, IIRC he used a handsaw to cut the body to shape and such. The guitars looked actually pretty good. Every now and then he pops in my mind but I can't remember the username.

I think his username was skinhead. Which caused some confusion because evidently it's not slang for a neo-nazi in Brazil like it is here.
