Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar: I have a Strandberg Boden OS 7 in great condition up for sale. I was planning on keeping it as my only 7 string, but I have an opportunity to pick up an 8 string that I want to take advantage of if I can, and this is the only guitar I have worth enough to fund it. It’s a Korean made Strandberg (I didn’t realize until a few days ago that they weren’t made here anymore, but in Indonesia). I’m very happy with this, so if the 8-string sells before this does, I’m taking it off the market. Here are the specs from the previous owner: Seymour Duncan Invader bridge, Sentient neck pickups Bolt-On construction Book-matched Flame Maple top *[but honestly, I can't see much flame] Chambered Swamp Ash body Torso carve, arm bevel EndurNeck™ profile neck 5-pc (3x) Birdseye Maple neck with Carbon Fiber/(2x) rosewood fillets Birdseye Maple fretboard 26.25” – 25.5” scale 20” radius 24 x stainless steel frets .strandberg* EGS Series 4 fixed bridge & string locks, Black 3-way switch Ebony Volume/Tone controls w/ Push/Pull tone pot for coil splitting Black hardware Luminlay side dot markers Luminlay fret markers (offset low > 12th < high) 2.3 kg / 5 lbs approximate weight Black Matte Poly finish The SD Invader and Sentient are a great combo – and I like the Invader way better than the Nazgul so often paired with the Sentient. Modifications (if any): Prior owner had the stock EMGs replaced with soapbar sized Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge, Seymour Duncan Sentient in the neck, along with a coil-tapping tone pot. Accessories (hardshell case etc): Strandberg gig-bag, a couple of allen wrenches that came with it. Location (City,State or City,Country): Albany, NY, USA International OK? : Probably not. Contact Info (No Phone #s): PM Here. References (eBay or other forum userid): I have a number of good deals done here, including buying, selling and trading. Also, been on ebay for close to two decades as suho99, with 100% feedback. Price (include currency and if firm/obo): Looking for $1700 shipped/paypal. Pics to come later tonight.
