Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar: These are Sperzel In-Line Locking Tuners. They are black, there are 6 of them, and would be for standard use on a right-handed guitar. They are in great condition.
Modifications (if any): The low-E tuner has been gently and lovingly drilled out to accommodate a .060 gauge string.
Accessories (hardshell case etc): None.

Are Sperzels the ones you need to drill the extra hole for? I need some new tuners for my Kramer and this is definetly speaking my language.

Most locking tuners (if I'm not mistaken) need to be drilled out if your going with a string gauge higher than .058

It's easier to do with Sperzels than others, from what I've heard.
