Last night, not knowing about these at all and just seeing a random picture of Daves red CS with the slanted single, I was up in bed like, "Too bad there aren't any production Warrior 7s that are totally rad that I gotta have."
Then I woke up this morning... So anyway, I'm gonna justify one eventually by saying I don't own any bright yellow guitars.

Also have we seen those specific inlays on a production model before; with the first octave reversed?

He's a goofy bastard who plays monster licks and riffs and happens to spec sweet guitars.

As I age, I tend to shy away from non-extreme shapes. My Vs stick around, though I had a big gear purge last year that led me to rid myself of my previous Warrior and my Explorers. I'm heading back around the bend now though, and really needing to get my extended range stuff rolling again. Seven seems a good place to start.

just gave "Revocation - Netherheaven" a spin, digging the riffing and solo's but the shouty shouty "vocal" kinda does my head in...do these guys do non vocal versions of their albums?

But those are all great features. I love the Piranha inlays and think Jackson needs to use them more lol.

Now here's a legit reason not to get it.

The nightmare stories I hear about Jackson's Indo-made guitars scares me from ever touching one lol.

I've had no big issues with the ones I own or have came across, but there are certainly some horror stories out there that we've all heard. As I'd say with anything like this, go try one out! I'm sure you'll probably be surprised by how good of quality they are if anything.

On another note, I wish they had a 6 string version of that yellow one. That thing is too sick.

Not that I'm aware of. Dave's voice just happens to hit my sweet spot for that style of vocal, though I watched death metal's inception so that sweet spot is probably different for me than for most.

They usually have one instrumental per album but they don't do vocalless versions of the other songs
It’s crazy that $1400 is considered “low end”.
Ya used to be $400 was low and Jackson would sell you an MIJ SLSMG or RR24 that was an exceptionally good instrument and all you'd ever need for like $800 US .. those were the days

Bro, you better buy one now. MII 'bout to go up 32% with the new tariffs.
Even a USA models will go up in price as a result of the tariffs.
Asian tuners (e.g. Gotoh)
Asian bridge (e.g. Floyd Rose 1000 series = South Korea)
I wouldn't be surprised if some of the electronics (including parts/materials used by Seymour Duncan & DiMarzio)

Here in the UK, MIJ Ibanez is already better value and more appealing to me than any USA guitar. Now the price difference will be even more appealing (no tariffs on USA guitars imported into the UK, but the manufacturing costs will be up).
Trump's tariffs are going to "benefiting" US citizens and US businesses though...right? 🤔

Oh yeah, I know. Everything is about to get more expensive. I was just making a point about Indonesia having 32% tariffs. But yeah, sucks to be in this economy right now...Buy now or never again.

A Jackson JS22 costs <$400...that's a low end Jackson. 🤷‍♂️

That red one is dope. Reverse headstock seven! But yeah, the MII QC stories scare me. The Korean Concept Limited series Jacksons are nice. But not 2k nice.

This. They looks AWESOME but I am going to wait and see how they are...

For a couple hundred more, if that, I can get an American Series Virtuoso that I know will be well built

I would love it if they would make that yellow Davidson model as a Soloist. Matching body and headstock. Maple board. Piranha inlays. Seven strings. You know - similar to the Ibanez RG752.
