Blaming Reagan became such a great pastime for some folks that Bob Golthwait, of all people, had this excellent joke:

People LOVE to hate Reagan for all sorts of weird shit. Probably to distract them from the fact that his lovely worship of trickle-down economics, now that's been bred in for a couple generations, has left a large chunk of this country feeling completely fucked left-right-center-and-sideways. And somehow, not having any fun with any of it.
But the economy is fine because Wallstreet and trickle-down and blah blah blah.
But sure, let's blame him for cartoons in the eighties. Toy ads for tots.

Is it possible that blaming him for non political stuff IS the joke? Like saying Hitler was a horrible dictator, and it’s inexcusable that he allowed the travesty of baggy shorts on otherwise fashionable German men.

Only thing I've ever heard about Hitler, aside from his occult obsessions, was that he was a truly shitty artist that fancied himself far better than he was.
But I like the shorts idea. The SS uniforms were tight though. Aside from the affiiliations.

I just got brand new shoes... And now my feet look the same size again! Since january my left foot has been my normal size, a 45. But my right foot has been umpa lumpa child size 35 and it looks kinda funny. Now I got both shoes the same size. Hurray!

The nerd taking a shit on Bugs Bunny has been burned into my brain. That might have been the episode that got me into AVGN.

My neighborhood was hit by a fucking tornado today. Luckily my house had none of minimal damage, but up the road half a mile there are homes and businesses gone, I consider myself super lucky. I just pulled off the highway to an absolute apocalypse scene of broken trees, smashed buildings, etc. it was so quick I had no idea it was a tornado when I was on the highway, when I got off I thought the exit had a building explode near it until I saw that it was the entire area. Fucking nuts.
