I've had this for a week now and I have to say it's pretty awesome so far! Incredibly easy to create patches and tweak your tone, and it's built like a tank.
I don't have a fancy camera so Instagram pics it is

Congrats man. I hope you love yours as much as I love mine.

If you've got a good bass patch already knocked out you're way ahead of the game lol

I understand you cant go as in depth with these as Fractal, but to what degree? What interests me about them is being able to change tube types like an OCD version of bias. But the Helix is a lot more attainable as the only (new) version of an Axe I'll probably afford is the 8 which who knows what the waiting list is still like.

Dude that sounds awesome... I must go back to the drawing board on my bass tone. Lol

Have you tried the guitar amps yet?

Well you can't really change the tube type, you can change what level of bias the tube is at if that's your question?

I'm really liking the Line 6 Fatality amp model and a Mesa cab with the Minotaur drive in front! In the bass tone I'm running a Cali 400 Ch1 for the clean signal and a PV Panama for the dirty

Give the Bogner amp models a go, I cant seem to get away from them! With all these amp models available I seem to only be using the JC120 and Uber... Also dont forget to try dual cab blocks. Even if you are using the same cab model on both you can use different mics to give a fuller sound!

Been playing a bunch of tool on mine today too!

I wanted an Axe Fx II or Kemper more than any other piece of gear until someone recently told me to check these out. I have a POD HD Pro X and I'm not all that impressed, but after watching some videos about this thing I'm interested. I just might trade up in the near future from the Pro X to this.

It would be cool if they built the wireless unit directly into this pedal...!

That sounds awesome! I've been on the fence about a Kemper, fractal, or helix, and I think you just solved it for me. Have you tried and 3rd party ir's yet?

Yeah man, I'm generally using the Ownhammer Mesa stuff for guitar. I quite enjoy the stock Bass cabs though, mainly the SVT 8x10 and the Mesa 6x10
