"Currently in pre-production, dealing with supply issues" looks like the website changed from on hold due to COVID to that...
Welp.
Yeah it aint coming out if Fortin's done with amps. Feel bad for Jason because im betting a more widely produced version of the amp was in the works foreeeeever.

Just watched Ola’s demo. On its own amp sounded super dry and shitty. A bit better with the 33 boost on but still very underwhelming for a $7K amp.

Maybe it’s his mic choice (or that Fortin cab). Will give it the benefit of the doubt but so far not impressed.

For the passed few years, Ola has been doing a great job making everything sound super dry and thin. His taste in tones just got... eugh.

That's "the sound" for those guys though. It's why I've always gravitated to the Hiwatt Super-Hi out of all of those amp variants -- just enough vintage warmth to give it a bit more character.

If you're into this tone and have an AxeFX, FAS Brown + JPIIC input boost + TS808 clean boost with the level around 6-7 will get you like 95% of the way there for less than 6,300 friggin euros

I'd go further back. Line 6 Vetta II or the old XT/Pro Pods will cop out some classic Shuggah tones easy.

Literally any fucking mid-high gain amp + Integrated Preamp pedal clone + Marshall cab will do that sound. The "classic" meshuggah sound is all in that pedal being cranked to stupid settings. If you're dead set on that Marshall plexi sound then a Ceriatone is like a fraction of the price.

Out there, somewhere
No idea if this is true, but I vaguely remember some other people that understand marshall circuits in here saying similar things.

Yeah this has literally been reversed by somebody that owned one and that is pretty much what it is  He's posted here about it and IIRC in this thread.

Most of the time I find he makes amp sound at least decent, even though he always sounds like “him”.

This was particularly bad IMO.

It's the worst kept secret in the amp world. Wouldn't be the first time he's selling someone else's work as his own. The Fortin Fuzz is a 1:1 copy of the Sunnmachine Fuzz O)))
I’ve heard the ZUUL is just a rip-off of the gate that’s in the KK JCM800.

What funny is that Meshuggah was using EVH 5153 100 heads (regular one) for their last album. There was many Instagram posts showing this about a year or so before Immutable released.

Was a trip when I did the research and found out he bought a Larry amp and ***ALLEGEDLY*** ripped off his pre-filter Bite and Punch controls for his own Girth and Grind controls.

I was gonna actually post that and say you can just get a used 5153 50w or Iconic, but since they've been using a shit ton of different amps even since the beginning... It makes more sense to me that you can get pretty much any mid-high gain amp and goose the front end with a TC pre clone.

There was a time that Fredrik posted a video of him messing around with a Mesa Boogie Mark 3! And I thought damn that was THAT sound. Without him even bringing out the TC Integrated pedal.

Not surprising since the pre-eq section of a Mark IIC+ and beyond pretty much acts like a TC preamp
