Yeah considering that Bogner hasn't released anything about this amp the only source about whether this amp even exists is Reza, I'm just going to wait and see if and when these amps actually start shipping.

I called Sweetwater and my rep had no idea the amp existed. They said it wasn't in the catalog anywhere so I couldn't preorder it. This was like last week.

I emailed my rep about 6 weeks ago asking about it, he said he didn't have a listing but would look into it. Few days later he emailed me an official sales invoice with the 100w and 150w models with pricing for each and said to reach out to him if I wanted to preorder. I've ordered a decent amount of high dollar amps through him in the past so maybe he did some leg work past just checking some online catalog? I've seen a lot of other people on other forums and FB groups say they also preordered it through Sweetwater.

I did some searching and it looks like some Sweetwater reps are just taking names and making their own list, at least all the folks I've asked said their cards hadn't been charged yet so I don't know.

Yea they can do this. I remember when the PRS DGT SE was being teased, Sweetwater's allocated preorders were sold out even before the guitar released because so many in-the-know people called their sales reps before the official announcement.
So yeah, if your rep is a cool dude and you really want this amp, there's a chance you can pester him about trying to get you in the waitlist even before the amp gets into their catalogs.

At least Bogner never officially announced anything yet.

Reza even said the amp isn't 100% finished yet, and the front control panel of his amp is still pretty haggard.
