^ The STX models are I think 100 euro upcharge from the S series.

Multi-scale evertune is like ~750 upcharge from memory

Here I am with an update - just got the mail yesterday that my guitar will propably be finished in the next 8-10 weeks.
This would put the building process at 9 1/2 months for a "basic" painted model.

I'm very happy with the looks and as Stuck_in_a_dream said, the lighting of the last update propably made the difference because the guitar looks just as I envisioned in the new pictures. Im hyped...
Ahead of their estimation my guitar is finished and will be shipped tomorrow!
I'm excited to see how it plays and looks in person. Color looks vibrant af

So here is my first impression after a week:
The guitar is built perfectly - I don't have a reference point in that price segment but I wouldn't know what to criticize about the quality of the instrument. I tuned the G-String once in the last 6 days after abusing the trem - didn't even need to tune after getting it out of the package. The paint job and frets are perfect.

About the guitar "design": This is my first headless and first multiscale - the guitar felt different at first. I play classical positon 95% of the time and had to adjust a bit to not slump over the smaller frame. TBH I was a bit worried because the first 2 days felt like the guitar wasn't sitting safely/stable in my lap. I adjusted to this subconsciously though and I love the weight distribution. I could imagine that - if you sit very straight - the output jack with a straight plug in classical position could touch your seat but that can easily be solved with an angled plug.
Adjusting to the multiscale took maybe 4-5 hours and I don't even notice it anymore.
I often read about the pitch shift when comparing the "cold" guitar to the warmed up guitar - I have not noticed this but I also warm up without an amp for a pretty long time.

The only guitar design "flaw" that I didn't think or read about yet was that in classical position, there will for sure be some people where the bridge tuners will touch the leg which is not ideal for a trem... It's not a problem for me thankfully and for sure you can adjust to it regardless but It's literally the only thing I could think of.
I got Fishman Fluence Moderns in it and I still have to learn a lot about dialing in tones but the range is great for sure. Especially the coil split function adds so much versatility.

Overall the greatest thing about the instrument though is that I improved so much in the last year waiting for it because I was so motivated and that motivation continues... and I feel a bit bad not being way better playing such a great guitar.

How much fo Aristides headless weigh?
Varies by model, features (e.g. heavier w/ a trem, Evertune, etc.), but even w that, they are on the light side. I can easily lift my trem-equipped H/08 w 2 fingers, so 6-7lbs range.

Re playing in classical position, I don't get in contact w the tuners, but sometimes I play (still in classical) w/ a strap, makes it easier to control the angle, less worrying.

Not sure how consistent they are, but my H/06 was 5.6lbs, compared to my various strandbergs that are all between 4.7 and 5.1.

(that's 2.55kg v. 2.1-2.3, for all you normies)

Cool. I'm really looking to lighten my load of late. I have a 8 string Aristides on my shortlist.
