Being such a huge fan of the Archon, MT15, and Tremonti’s recto tones in general, I’m really looking forward to the release of this amp.

There was some talk about it several months ago, but i really haven’t heard anything new on it.

Looks like they also discontinued the Archon 100, perhaps to make way for the MT100?

So what’s the DL?

PRS doesn't seem like the company to leak info, and it doesn't seem like Mark has been talking about it or has been asked about it much in interviewes.

Hell the Archon 50 was dropped without warning, and I think the one dude here that would have info is gonna stay hush hush like he did with the Indo Archon

Last I read Mark is road testing. I’m gonna see him and Sevendust this fall when they come through, I’m hoping to get a peek at it then. Mark said he wants to get a Dumble tone out of the amp and they’re tweaking that at the moment from what I gather. I have an MT15 and initially I was gonna skip the 100, but if it’s half as bad ass as Mark says it’s gonna be I’m gonna have to pick one up. I’ve been a huge Tremonti fan since the first Alter Bridge came out, and I have faith in Mark. Have patience, I think Mark is really gonna come through on this one.

Hard to "road" test when there hasn't been really any "road" in the last 16 months... LOL.... Hoping this things sound killer and isn't a noisy mess like the MT15.

Ok, ok, home and studio testing, soon to be road testing lol.

If you do a tube swap to a 12au7 for the one that drives the effects loop it really cleans it up and you don’t lose any gain. I think it’s V1 but I’d have to double check. I did this almost immediately when I got mine, there’s a thread in here about it if you search.

There are quite a few prototype photos out there, just maybe not where you’d expect them. A radio Dj here in Orlando is a friend of mine, always Hangs with tremonti, and there are several pics of him at tremontis place with the prototype in full view. He’s a player himself, said it sounded killer, but time will tell.

FWIW I just found a video from May and he says that NAMM is the window to get it done? He shows off the MT100 and it's still a wooden box.

Go to around 13:00. Says the main issue is the "dumble" channel needs tweaking.

Tremonti, unlike a lot of rockstars from that era was extremely smart. He’s made most of his money ( or kept his money flow coming in I should say ) from investment properties/commercial properties he’s invested in over the years. He lives in Windermere, a very expensive ( the most actually) area of Orlando.

That’s Tiger Woods’ neighborhood.

No clue what the deal is with that logo. Can't really think of what it came from.

He apparently has been in love with that Omega and Victory amp
