Hey you fellas!

I have a limited space 'cause I have so much other guitar & recording gear, so I'm looking for a compact midi pad unit I can use with sticks to record drums with in cubase with superior drummer 3.

I'm having a hard time making up my mind. I hear kinda eh things on the strike pad, and the yamaha is really old, but the spd-sx pro is pretty pricey, but it seems like it's the most reliable and maintained of the 3.

anyone have any thoughts on these?

thanks dudes!!

Roland Roland Roland.

Those alesis Strike Pads went back to Guitar Center for warranty/pro coverage allllllll the time.

Don't have much experience with the Yamaha, but I'm a big fan of their drum/guitar products typically.

Cool cool, that's what I was leaning towards. Thanks for confirming!

I think sweetwater puts the roland on sale every so often so I'll probably wait for that to drop.
