Imo these capas look great, especially because no matching headstock. Most of the time matching headstocks are.. well.. ugly :/ Sometimes they look nice, but quite often not.

Even if this has been discussed to oblivion, just no. 1k is a good trem. Special often is not. Had 'em all, in multiples. I don't discount your experiences, they may be very real, but the differences are not systematic and new 1k = OFR, if you get a good unit. Not sure of their quality...

Just try the evertune before forming too strict opinions :D It's not bad honestly. I still prefer floyd, but Evertune has its use for sure. However, it is just a bridge. Like every other bridge, it has advantages and disadvantages. I kinda understand this conversation goes on years and years...

That Cattle Decap song is indeed totally awesome! Listened to it twice in a row, got instant goosebumps. Not gonna listen more as the album's still few months away and I want to "save" it. Love this band, simply put.

Well...been listening to Citadel and Portal of I for few days. Great band! The clean vocals don't bother me as much as initially thought. They're still a bit cringe from time to time, but hopefully will grow on me. Definitely waiting for Exul now.

It's not that guy specifically for me at least. I just really can't stand theatrical leather-pants vocals. Tim sounds better than, say, Michael Kiske or that guy from Stratovarius, but still it's too much for me.

I could dig this without the clean vocals. Nothing against clean vocals in general, but the "power metal" style - even if just slight hints of it - is extremely repulsive and cheap sounding to me.. same thing as with metalcore/emo screams. Just sounds fake, forced and trying too hard.
