Man, my experience has been that you can never force creativity. It just has to come back to you. So if i'm stuck on something, or maybe i'm just not inspired, i try to use that bit of time constructively and either work on learning someone else's stuff for a while or just bust out the metronome...

I shimmed the neck and got it sitting more flat in the pocket and it helped a lot. There is still a tiny bit more zing on the low E than i usually have, but it's totally okay! Thanks guys!

hey guys! recently scored a BEAUTIFUL RG3120! I'm in love. Plays great and sounds amazing, except for the buzzing i'm getting on my low E. I typically set my guitars up with 9-42, low action, and a nearly straight neck. I have a light touch with both hands, and i like a little bit of "zing"...
