Yeah, I made sure to look for the lean oven roasted kind. I'm just sticking to chicken or turkey (depending on what's on sale), and i'm avoiding stuff like salami because that's basically made of sodium.

How are lunch meats? I was thinking about buying some low fat chicken or turkey breast and putting it on whole wheat wraps (I really don't like packaged bread)

Besides salad, what's some good easy foods to make for lunch? There's a supermarket a half mile from where I work that has a salad bar, so I got salads covered.
