Classic metal tone (or any other kind of modern electrified music) is, imo, more dependent on amplification than on the guitar itself, though it does represent a big slice of the cake. Having this said, I guess that guitar will have no problem whatsoever in delivering classic metal tones, given the correct use of the amp. However, to my defense, I have never played said guitar. How about this video to help you out?

Geez... and I thought Zakk Wylde's guitars were ugly.

See...I always thought about posting it in the "funny guitars" thread...but then...every time, I end up thinking, "You know what? There's something about this that works. It *could* have gone horribly wrong(er), but it didn't." It's oddly beautiful to me. Like Fairuza Balk, or something.

I actually dig the body shape. The adornments and the hardware are vomit-inducing, but its not my guitar. I wanted to get a guitar built that was basically the ESP Horizon III with the lower horn cut out and the "swoop" of the upper horn continued below the neck, which this pretty much is.

It just feels.... so wrong with only one horn. I think it would be really cool looking with a bottom horn.
