I am planning on purchasing an Ibanez RG321MH in the near future, and I haven't exactly heard the best things about the old style bridge (which this one has) and was planning on replacing it with a Hipshot.
What I need to know is:
What size bridge do I need?
Will I have to drill new holes in order to fit the Hipshot on?

Yeah the Hipshot bridges don't line up with the old style Ibanez bridges. Unfortunately.

Tbh though.. the bridge really isn't that bad. I actually really like mine. It's comfy and low-profile. I never took the time to replace the saddles with graphtecs but I bet if you did you would appreciate the bridge a lot more.

Where would I find the replacement saddles?

as long as the grub screws lower enough to get a good action without sticking up out of the saddles and tearing up your hands i'd say just keep the bridge stock.
as for where to find the graphtech saddles:

Depending on where you buy the guitar from, the saddle height screws will probably extend out of their screw holes, so you will want to find new ones that are shorter, and that don't stick out when you lower the action. I forgot specifically which ones they are, but you want to look for metric sized ones. I have them for my rg321mh and I can lower the action as much as I want and still the screws don't stick out. Very comfortable bridge.

I actually really dug that bridge. The hipshot ones are better yeah, but the old ones are still great.
