    Bought this yesterday when I realised there's no point lugging round my particularly expensive acoustic for open mic nights at university - it's my first ever electro-acoustic (I installed the pickup in my Garrison G50, so that doesn't count!) and my first acoustic guitar with a cutaway too. Neither of those points are something I've been particularly keen on before - I've never got along with the sound of electros and never really had a need for a cutaway, but this just played far too perfectly for me to be able to pass it up, and the onboard pickup actually isn't that bad, too boot!

    Specs are:

    Solid spruce top
    Ovangkol back and sides
    Mahogany neck
    Rosewood fretboard and bridge
    Bone nut and saddle
    Grover tuners
    MOP offset dot inlays
    Gloss finish on top, satin on back and sides
    B-Band A3.2 pickup + electronics

    The action was perfect from the word go, and it's incredibly easy to play even with what feel like 12s. Harmonics ring like I've never heard before on this - slapped ones at the 19th fret in particular are easier than any other acoustic I've ever played! Bizarre, considering this is far more of a mid-range guitar than my Garrison...

    Anyway, enough of that, pictures! Apologies for the poor lighting - my room at uni barely gets any natural light at all.

    Thanks guys! Far later than I was hoping, but I've finally done a video of it;

    The song's "For My Father" by Andy McKee. Let me know what you think!
