I can't see the image, only see
That thing is gorgeous! Simple and awesome!
Josh could you reupload pic? Thanks
Love it! I think the seafoam one will always be my favorite out of your collection, but I'd still love to see you bring this out on tour
bumping this thread because the guitar turned up today.
It was set up perfectly out of the box and and perfectly in tune. I have never in 18 years of playing guitar had this happen before and I'm super, super picky, especially for the tuning and gauge strings that are on it, it's not easy to get right.
The neck is phenomenal, all the notes on the fretboard have a nice even volume and the sustain is incredible. It's got a flame running at bang on 90 degrees to the grain which is super straight and perfectly quatersawn.
It's a little lighter than my other Jacksons, perfectly balanced and I can't put it down. Sounds a bit less intense in the mids than my B7's, probably due to the lack of maple top.
It's also really, really loud. I've had to actually back off pickup height from where I'd normally have it because it was just too much. A good problem to have that I've never been faced with before.
I'm beyond impressed, now back to playing it.
I just watched the Summerblast set and was hoping to catch a glimpse of this beast (but you didn't have it for that show). The images aren't working for me now though.
They're working for me? maybe a mod with more brains than me can fix the embeds in this thread
Cant see the pics either ;( How do you like the evertune bridge? I found it decreased the sustain on my Ltd KS-7, could have been the guitar but I've heard it from other people as well.
VERY nice. Sleek, classy, sexy
It definitely decreases sustain and slightly alters the tone but the improved intonation and never needing to tune on stage or in the studio is worth far more to me. I was linking the pics so I'll just try uploading (most of the files were too big I'm afraid)
I guess it's worth it live though, you don't really notice much for rhytm playing and the evertune seems to make the guitar intonate better, from what i remember at least. That roasted neck and cream white body looks like a nice combo
Congrats! Recent Evertune convert myself, love em'!
