    Hey people,
Long time no post. After an excruciating wait my latest guitar from Jackson is on it's way down under. I was sent this picture from the shop and couldn't wait to share. It's the first time the CS has ever done an evertune (I've had to retrofit my others) so they were very careful to get it right. At this point I've got my specs on touring guitars pretty dialed so it's more or less similar to my others. I'll post more pics once it arrives. Interested to see what you all think about this look & spec list.

    Specs:
    27" Scale
    24 Frets
1pc Quatersawn Roasted Maple Neck through with Graphite reinforcement
Angled fender headstock with open truss rod cavity
    Hipshot open gear tuners
    12-16" compound radius
    Blue Luminlay
    B7 neck shape
Alder soloist body with front and rear fret access cuts, tummy & elbow carve
BKP Impulse humbucker bridge & single neck
    550k bridge volume/280k neck volume
Dimarzio EP1111 switch (Bridge, Bridger inner + neck hum cancel, neck)
    Evertune Bridge
Vanilla Shake poly finish, oiled neck
    Dunlop Flushmount strap locks

Looks sweet dude. Must be nice to have what you want in a guitar locked in. Are you still happy with the impulses? I have a set coming in a guitar that's being built so i'm looking forward to hearing what they sound like.

Top job on Mesmer too. Can't get enough of that one.

Definitely still very happy with them man, They always take very well to whatever guitar I put them in and whatever setup I play through.

She's a looker. Spent a minute just staring at it. Mainly counting the frets, that is.

    That’s awesome! Congrats!

I apologize for not knowing: are you endorsed by Jackson?

I’ve asked several dealers several times a year, and Jackson refuses to build me a 7-string with a Strat headstock. They will just not take my money. I’ve been told they do it only for endorses artists, which I certainly am not (though I think they’re missing out; my 4-year-old is serious impressed whenever I butcher some Nuno riffing).

I sure am and have been for quite some time. The last CS I had them build me was a strat head 7 San Dimas and the headstock was never raised with me as an issue.

I will report back once I get my hands on the thing but it’s unlikely with the evertune

Nice guitar Josh, I prefer the seafoam one though, the H-S combination makes it look pretty sexy!

I got to admit however, I'm a bit disappointed a thread with the tite "NGD - Jackson CS" does not contain a 12.000 Dollar Misha lefty but this is fine aswell.

Super dope. Reminds me of those old school MiJ Fender HM Strats but modernized.

    That looks amazing dude!

I still need to convince Bareknuckle to make me an impulse single 7 string. They've been dodging my emails about it

I'm working on getting it into production this year, we have a spec for a middle and neck SC for a 7 but need to do some work to release it as a single coil set for both 6&7 which seems to be what BKP want. They didn't want it to come out the same time as the humbuckers, so I guess it's been on the backburner for a minute.

Ah that makes sense dude. Thanks for working on getting it released. The last email I did get as a reply was the head of production firing it over to Tim. But then that was it. I'm looking forward to being able to buy one eventually if it's happening :)
