    Hi!
I'm building a 7 string guitar with a bolt-on neck attached to a Ibanez style AANJ. When I fit the neck in the body without bolting it, it fits just fine without any gaps. But when I bolt it I got a small gap (enough to slip a visit card on it) near the front screw.
What is causing this issue? Could it be any problems with the ferrules?
Attached you'll find an example photo where I'm experiencing this issue.
    Thanks for your help!

Screw/bolt holes in the neck aren’t lining up with the ones on the body.

When i have that issue its usually a ridge or something left over from machining.
