Ok... this is a very Long Overdue NGD  like a year and a half !

Anyway, I did some photo shooting this weekend and created two wallpapers with my current weapons of choice, so here there are. What's funny is that I'm not even a fan of Periphery - I just happened to like these two guitars. Oh well... :hbang: enjoy !

Did you do this yourself or get someone else to shoot them? I would love to turn my Ibby in to a wallpaper lol. I love the binding on both, great guitars

    Thanks Akira!

@AntiDjent: I shot them myself (photography is my second hobby) in front of a white background to easily separate them from it. It's actually kind of tricky to shoot guitars because of the shiny body and the neck, which often comes out too bright.

Damn those look really nice. Did you replace the pickups or just the covers?

You don't have to be a Periphery fan to appreciate those two instruments, they're marvelous and show that those guys have a really good taste in guitars. I enjoy Periphery's music but I wouldn't consider myself a fan but I'd still rock those even if I couldn't stand their music.
    Beautiful beautiful guitars!

Thanks for the tip! I never noticed that but it makes sense, the strings would be more aligned. Cool!

    >$6000 worth of high end US/Japanese guitars
    >doesn't know the correct way to string a 3x3/4

I love the smell of SSO in the morning

Just ribbing you, both those guitars look really nice. I've never played anything that was advertised as "cream of the crop" like the HT7/JBM. Must be night and day going back and forth from those to sub $1000 guitars

lol... good point though! you never stop learning :)

I played sub $1000 guitars for a long time, and honestly, it's not night and day. Probably on these two guitars, you pay a premium for the artist name as well, for which I don't care because I didn't know this band before buying those guitars. But there are wonderful "cheap" guitars which are just great. you just have to be lucky though, as the QC is not as stringent as for more expensive guitars.
