I hear it a lot in the type of music I listen to and I want to try using this myself. I'm not sure how that technique is made. I don't know if it is a plugin or a guitar effects pedal. Anyone know how I can achieve something similar to this? Thanks in advance! :)

thats achieved with reverb and delay effects. there are plugins for that as well as pedals. Just run the mix pretty high and play around with the other settings.

Valhalla Shimmer is my go to for the long tail, drenched sound

Yeah that's just long, cavernous reverb and delay.. just mess around..you'll find it pretty quick.

Take any reverb pedal and max out the time/decay and adjust mix to taste. Instant ambience.
