    Hello guyz !

Here is my sound video w/ the EMG Het set !
    + I compare them w/ the 81/89 ;)

Signal chain: guitar, DAW, (free) VST plugin.

If you're here you may be a geektarist (as I am), so can you tell the difference?

    I actually do.

Sounds great! I have been thinking of dropping a Het Set in my EC-1000 for a while.

It's up to you only. ;)

You should have compared them in the same guitar, good riffs though.

If you ever get the opportunity, maybe you can do a Hetfield versus Mustaine pickup demo. The ultimate face off!

Yes, it would have been nice if they were in the same guitar, but they both sound good. I would lean towards the Eclipse/Het Set. They seem tighter/crisper, with slightly more attack than the 81/89.
