    I just ran across this. It reminds me a lot of the Yamaha THR series, but with wireless.

    It's $50 more than a THR10X. Is the wireless worth it?

    this seems like a complete rip on the Line 6 g10/built in wireless in their new Spider amps etc.

    Do Yamaha own boss or vice versa or something?. Otherwise potential law suits?

    Yamaha owns neither Bluetooth, 2.4GHz UHF band, nor the patents Bluetooth Special Interest Group licenses to everyone.

    ... and products with wireless audio transmission were available looong before Line6 started.

    It is better to buy 3rd party wireless units as you can ensure support, this will probably fall on the wayside, at least the wireless part of it. I don't give it more than a year, but I might be wrong. It is good to offer this amp though, if you're a busker that's perfect.
